We believe that this will simplify all IBX-customer communication. Instead of multiple email addresses for contacting IBX (for both content and supplier related services) customers will now have one single interface. Using one interface, IBX will be able to give customers better and faster support. Every incident will have an estimated time for resolution and service requests will have defined lead times. Requests, issues and questions reported to IBX Service Desk are now registered in our support system, and customers will receive a unique ‘ticket number’ by way of receipt/acknowledgement of the issue log, within 10 minutes. This ‘ticket number’ will allow you to track the progress of your issue/question through to its resolution. In addition, IBX Service Desk will send status updates to the ticket owner. Examples of common support requests: • You wish to change your order address or method • You need help with using our applications • You want to send in your catalogue for upload | | » Click on this link to contact IBX Service Desk | | IBX Subscriptions – allows your company to control which information you receive from IBX | | | | IBX Subscriptions is a free-of-charge service offered by IBX that allows your organisation to subscribe to information relating to all IBX Services as well as other relevant information.
