IBX Catalogue gathers the supplier’s products in an electronic product catalogue published in the search engine used by buyers. The catalogue contains all required transaction information such as prices, lead times, and units of measure, as well as additional sales-related material like product descriptions and images. IBX Catalogue exposes the supplier’s products to buyers and makes them available for call-off.
IBX External Webshop – popularly known as the punch out – makes the supplier’s web shop accessible from the buyer’s e-procurement application. The buyer is directed from the search engine (that is, punched out) to the supplier’s web catalogue to locate and select products. IBX External Webshop integration makes sure all required product information is transferred back to the buyer’s e-procurement application for approval and call-off.
IBX Price Check/Quote enables the supplier to receive buyer enquiries/requests online and respond to them via electronic quotations, which can be converted into orders if accepted by the buyer. Customized request forms are published in the buyer search engine. These forms include both standard and customized fields to be completed by the buyer. Quotations are created in a web-based tool provided by IBX.
